Short : HD-Installer for Plotting V1.3

This patch applies to "Plotting" by Ocean (c) 1990 - 1 disk.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+.
Game requires 0.5 MB Chip RAM (+ 0.4 MB other RAM for preload option)

SUPPORTED VERSIONS:
- V1 (no disk protection) - supported by Lempkee
- V2 (disk protected) - supported by Jean-Francois Fabre

FEATURES:
- 2 versions supported
- Full load from HD
- Disk protection removed
- Keyboard handler fixed
- Bad audio volume access fixed
- Colorbit access fixed
- CPU dependent loops patched
- ButtonWait tooltype for title picture added
- Blitter waits inserted
- NI/MWB icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)

HISTORY:
V1.0 (18-Dec-1998) - first public release
V1.2 (03-Jul-2001) - support for another version (thanks Jeff)
                   - blitter waits fixed, disk access removed
V1.3 (06-Apr-2003) - fixed audio/colorbit routines


KNOWN BUGS/LACKS:
- construction editor uses floppy access only. I don't plan to patch it
- doesn't work with CACHE (due file decryption routine)
- some DBxx loops were not patched because unsure result
